Seasalt is the hotel’s signature restaurant offering uninterrupted views across Terrigal Beach and the Haven. Seasalt is open seven days a week for breakfast and dinner.

Start the day watching the sun rise over Terrgial Beach while enjoying the buffet breakfast in Seasalt. You can order eggs the way you like them, make your own fresh juice and enjoy a range of hot and cold options.

Seasalt’s a la carte dinner menu showcases the fresh flavours of the Central Coast including a range of succulent seafood and premium cuts of meat.

Seasalt also offers a degustation menu which showcases our executive chef’s signature dishes. With wines to match, the degustation menu is a must for those who appreciate fine foods. Advanced booking is necessary for the degustation menu.
